Jakarta, 9 Nov 2009 - Ary Muladi, a key witness in the case of the KPK leadership (disabled) Bibit S Riyanto and Chandra M Hamzah will be examined as a witness related new presumption of defamation President and bribery at Police Headquarters. Previously he had been named as a suspect for embezzlement cases, fraud, and forgery.
It was revealed Muladi Ary’s attorney, Peter Salestinus, at Police Headquarters on Monday (9 / 11). He came with several other attorneys to submit a written request to the investigator inspection delays.
